R&R Realty Group Raises Over $28,000 for EveryStep

5/22/2025  — Every three years, R&R Realty Group selects a local nonprofit to support through its company-wide fundraising efforts. This year, employees nominated and voted to support EveryStep, an Iowa-based organization dedicated to providing compassionate healthcare and community services across the state. 

Thanks to the collective generosity and enthusiasm of our team, R&R Realty Group raised a total of $28,184 through a variety of engaging spring fundraisers—including an employee auction, lucky duck contest, and jeans week. We also appreciate our vendor partners who donated items for the auction and helped make it a success. 

EveryStep provides critical services in all 99 Iowa counties, offering everything from in-home healthcare and grief counseling to parenting resources and refugee support. Their work touches lives at every stage—and we’re honored to stand behind their mission.
