Advantage Property Management Welcomes New Team Member, Drake Rupprecht

5/28/2025 — Advantage Property Management, a subsidiary of R&R Realty Group, is pleased to welcome Drake Rupprecht as a Business Development Specialist. In this new role, Drake will focus on identifying and building relationships with companies seeking a strategic partner to manage their commercial real estate assets.

To help introduce Drake and his role, we asked him a few questions:  

What led you to join the Advantage Property Management Team? 
I see a lot of growth potential at Advantage. It’s a great company that not many people know about yet, and I’m excited to help change that. This role is also a great way to support local businesses in Des Moines. By taking care of their buildings, we help them stay focused on growing their own operations. 

What excites you most about the work you'll be doing at Advantage Property Management? 
What excites me most is building strong relationships and being part of a team focused on growth. It’s exciting to be in a role where I can help deliver real solutions that meet our customers’ needs. 

What do you think sets Advantage apart from other property management companies? 
Advantage offers personalized service backed by years of experience. Being part of R&R Realty Group also means we approach things from an owner’s perspective. We manage a large portfolio in the Des Moines area, which gives us tools and insights that really benefit our customers.

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?  
I like spending time with family and friends. I’m usually golfing, bowling, or watching football when I get the chance. 
 
Drake is a graduate of Iowa State University, where he studied Marketing and Management. His relationship-focused approach and strategic mindset will be a strong asset to the Advantage team.
