R&R Realty Group Welcomes Rachel Less to Brokerage Team
9/16/2025 — R&R Real Estate Advisors (REA), the brokerage division of R&R Realty Group, is excited to welcome Rachel Less as its newest Commercial Real Estate Representative.
Rachel joins us with a background in sales and a passion for connecting with people. After graduating from Drake University with a degree in healthcare administration and public health, she began her career as an account executive at Konica Minolta. The experience gave her a strong foundation in customer service and relationship building—but she knew she wanted to be in an industry she truly cared about.
To help introduce Rachel, we’ve asked her a few questions:
What led you to join the R&R Real Estate Advisors team?
“After college, I thought I would pursue medical sales, but I knew I needed to build sales experience first. Working at Konica Minolta gave me that opportunity, and I met so many great people in the process. Still, I wasn’t passionate about the product I was selling. A friend on R&R’s marketing team suggested I consider commercial real estate. I already knew R&R had a great culture and strong reputation, so I looked into it—and I couldn’t be happier with where I landed.”
What excites you most about the work you’ll be doing at REA?
“I’m really looking forward to learning from such a talented team. Everyone here is so good at what they do, and I can’t wait to see how they approach challenges and opportunities. I also love networking and building relationships, so the fact that it’s a big part of the job is a huge plus for me.”
What do you think sets R&R Real Estate Advisors apart from other commercial real estate companies?
“R&R’s reputation and culture really speak for themselves. But what sets us apart is the ability to provide complete, end-to-end experiences for customers. Because R&R also offers services like development, design, construction, property management, and technology, we can take a customer from site selection all the way through move-in without missing a beat.”
How are you looking forward to getting involved in the industry?
“I’m excited to be part of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and to work alongside Maria Davis, who’s a great mentor and role model. I’ve also attended Iowa Commercial Real Estate Manager (ICREA) events and enjoy seeing what other companies are doing across the metro. Looking ahead, I’d even love to start a breakfast club to create another way to connect with people in the industry.”
When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
“I love being active—running, lifting, walking, or trying out new workout classes. I also enjoy cooking and baking healthy recipes for my family and friends. And when I want to relax, I’m always up for a good game of Yahtzee.”
