R&R Realty Group Foundation Announces 2025 Grant Recipients
5/12/2025 — Last fall, R&R Realty Group (R&R) introduced Groundwork for Good, a new initiative from the R&R Realty Group Foundation. This employee-driven philanthropy program empowers R&R Realty Group team members to nominate non-profit organizations that hold personal significance, expanding the Foundation’s reach beyond traditional giving programs.
In honor of R&R’s 40th anniversary, the Foundation awarded a total of $40,000 in grants to organizations nominated by employees. This year’s Groundwork for Good grant recipients include:
Each organization was selected for its alignment with the Foundation’s core giving pillars: human services, community engagement, education, and arts and culture. Together, these recipients represent a wide range of community needs—from providing critical care and support for vulnerable populations to enriching lives through music, education, and inclusive programming.
