R&R Realty Group Recognizes Team Members at 2026 Annual Awards Luncheon
2/10/2026 — R&R Realty Group recently gathered for its annual awards luncheon to recognize team members whose leadership, collaboration, and dedication made a meaningful impact over the past year. The event highlighted both individual and team achievements that reflect R&R’s continued commitment to excellence across the organization.
Chris Curran was honored with both the Top Producer (Office) Award and the Rainmaker Award for his continued success in growing the portfolio and delivering strong results. Maria Davis received the Top Producer (Warehouse) Award in recognition of exceptional performance and contributions to the warehouse portfolio in 2026.
The Dale Parrish Coaching & Leadership Award was presented to Craig Naleway for his dependable leadership, commitment to getting things done right the first time, and consistently positive, can-do attitude. Christine Connor received the Customer Service Award for consistently providing thoughtful, professional support to customers and coworkers at Country Club Village Apartments. Dave Spoonholtz was recognized with the Efficiency & Production Award for his outstanding work ethic and dedication to completing work orders accurately and efficiently.
The Project of the Year Award was presented to the teams behind the Holmes Murphy tenant improvement project in the Arcadia Building and Northwestern Mutual tenant improvement project in the Crescent Building. This recognition honors the collaboration and commitment demonstrated throughout both project. Team members included Ryan Keeney, Spencer Simmons, Cole Steinkamp, Keith Ott, Tyler Holtorf, Conner Rupprecht, Amy Levenhagen, Jeremy Shepherd, Kelly Perkins, John Spinner, Tiffiny Gaskill, Angela Brincks, Scott Cooley, Josh Klug, James Herrig, and Anuvong Phaisth.
