Waterford West & Westfield

The design and construction of the common areas at the Westfield and Waterford West buildings proved to be one of the most challenging yet rewarding projects for the Design-Build team of Spark and ICON, along with the architectural team for the building, SVPA Architects. This project involved extensive collaboration with ownership while making these spaces an amenity hub. Elements like coffee nooks, vibrant seating areas, and pockets of bright colors brought the focus of wellness and collaboration to life. Organic textures and finish colors, along with careful attention to daylighting, contributed to a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. Local artists were engaged to infuse a regional feel into the buildings, ensuring even the art contributed to the unique character of the buildings.
