Brett Bosworth

President

Brett Bosworth graduated from Iowa State University in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He worked as an insurance executive with Northwestern Mutual Life until 1987, when his career with R&R Realty Group began.

Brett is the President of R&R Equity Partners, a subsidiary of R&R Realty Group. R&R Equity Partners is responsible for company acquisitions and equity attraction for both the parent company and its partners. R&R Equity Partners focuses on partnering attractive private equity real estate investments and providing overall corporate real estate services for its clients.

Brett is also a Vice President of Marketing for R&R Realty Marketing Group, where he has had responsibilities for marketing all of R&R Realty Group’s commercial office and industrial developments. Brett’s direct experience over the past 28 years working with companies such as Wells Fargo, Nationwide, Principal, Sammons Annuity Group, Martin Marietta, John Deere and many more have afforded him the valuable experience and expertise to meet all the real estate needs of your business.

Travis Small

Acquisitions and Equities Associate

Travis Small graduated from Upper Iowa University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, minoring in Marketing with a Finance emphasis. Before joining the R&R team, Travis worked at a residential real estate firm, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices First Realty.

He grew up on an acreage in Atlantic, IA and moved to Des Moines in 2014 to attend college. In his free time, you can find him at the gym, golfing, roller blading, traveling or spending time with his friends and family.

Travis obtained his Iowa real estate license in 2018.

Kim Dust

Broker Relations Representative

Kim graduated from Simpson College with Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Marketing in 2014. In August 2016, she joined R&R Equity Partners, located in West Des Moines.

Kim is responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential equity partners that have an interest in stable commercial real estate assets and a history of strong performance in the Midwest. She also assists in the efforts to identify acquisition opportunities for R&R Realty Group for assets in land, industrial, office, and multi-family.

Kim Rogers is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Iowa and Nebraska. R&R Equity Partners is responsible for company acquisitions and equity attraction for both the parent company, R&R Realty Group, and its partners.
