R&R Realty Group completed its annual United Way campaign in October. The team generously donated $138,327 and had an outstanding participation rate of 94%. R&R Realty Group ran a week-long campaign that included special events like “Pop the Balloon” to win prizes and free time away from the office.
Each day was themed: Tie Tuesday, Wild Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday, Frightful Golf Friday. The most popular event was the new mini-golf tournament; each department created a themed mini-golf hole and employees were encouraged to golf during lunch to support the United Way of Central Iowa.
