R&R Realty Group (R&R), Iowa’s largest real estate developer, recently announced plans for Prairie Business Park, a 40-acre “Class A” warehouse development

Prairie Business Park is located on the southeast corner of S. James Street and SE 37th Street in Grimes, Iowa and will offer excellent access to Highway 141 and Interstate 80/35.  The business park will consist of up to 510,000 square feet with 32’ clear ceiling heights and ESFR-ready warehouse facilities.  Construction of the first warehouse building, consisting of 208,000 square feet, will be completed later this year.
