R&R Realty Group Names New Vice Presidents

R&R Realty Group announced today the promotion of Adam Kaduce to Senior Vice President and Brittany Freund to Vice President within R&R Real Estate Advisors, the company’s brokerage arm.

“Adam and Brittany have demonstrated tremendous leadership both within their communities and our organization,” said Paul Rupprecht, President of REA. “They’ll be a key part of our continued growth in their new roles.”

Adam Kaduce joined R&R in 2008 as an intern while attending Drake University. His academic achievements include a degree in finance from Drake, a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School and a membership within the Society of Office and Industrial REALTORS® (SIOR). Adam has been recognized by Real Estate Forum Magazine as a 2015 Emerging Leader and a member of the 2018 class of Fifty Under 40. He was also included in Business Record’s 2014 Forty Under 40 list. In 2017, Adam completed 27 deals, including a series of complex, long-term lease transactions which earned him the Broker of the Year award from the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association.

Brittany Freund Joined R&R in 2011. She is a 2009 graduate of Loras College with a degree in graphic design and minors in both public relations and political science. After nearly 18 months as a Marketing

Assistant, she made the transition to sales. This transition most recently earned her the annual industry award for 2018 Deal of the Year under $5 million from the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association for her work in finding Yesway convenience stores a new corporate headquarters within the R&R portfolio.

In 2018 Brittany was also integral in securing a lease with Integer Group at Capitol Center. In 2017 Brittany completed over 35 transactions and earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Brittany has served as a volunteer with the Young Women’s Resource Center and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Iowa. She’s also a board member for the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association (ICREA), involved with the Central Iowa chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and serves as a commission member of the Bicycle Advisory Commission for the City of West Des Moines.
