R&R Realty Group is moving forward with Center Pointe Business Park, a mixed-use, infill development of 80 acres north of Interstate 80/35 at the new 100th Street interchange in Urbandale, Iowa.
“It’s not every day, we get to work with a new interchange in the metro area,” said Mark Rupprecht, President of R&R Realty Group. “It is an exciting time as we transform the area and prepare for the business needs along this corridor.”
Center Pointe Business Park has more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space planned and the development will consist of office, retail and warehouse/showroom space. “We are especially excited at the interest of this location,” added Rupprecht. “Casey’s General Stores has signed on as the anchor convenience store that will be located in the southeast corner of the development.”
“This is an ideal location for us to grow our brand in the heart of the metro,” said Sam Knezevic, Casey’s Financial Analyst. “The mixed-use planned for this development will bring a diverse customer base to compliment the traffic the new interchange will bring.”
With the additional work the Iowa Department of Transportation is doing west of this interchange at Highway 141, dual access to the Center Pointe Business Park will be possible from the west along NW 54th Avenue. R&R will complete the master grading and infrastructure at Center Pointe later this spring. Sites will be available for build to suit and for sale.
