R&R Realty Group announced today its move to new headquarters at the 180,000 square foot Westfield Campus.
“We’re very excited to be the first company to call Westfield home,” said R&R Realty Group President, Mark Rupprecht. “This new space is designed to accommodate the growth we’ve seen as a leader in the commercial real estate industry while creating a unique environment that fosters collaboration among our employees.”
The move culminates nearly three years of research and planning undertaken by R&R’s leadership, along with in-house design and technology teams. Together, they focused on how the next generation of office spaces can help employers recruit and retain top talent in an environment with historically low unemployment levels.
“There’s a war for talent happening right now and many of our customers are asking us how they can use unique and innovative work spaces to their advantage,” said Rupprecht. “Our new headquarters will be part office and part showroom for customers looking for inspiration and ideas.”
The showroom feeling at Westfield will extend well beyond R&R’s new space. The campus is made of two, 80,000 square foot buildings connected by the Westfield Commons, a collaborative area that features meeting and conference spaces, a coffee shop, a fitness center and a rooftop terrace. All of which are items frequently appearing on the wish lists of employers and employees alike. Additional amenities include available underground parking, state-of-the-art security and access to R&R’s private fiber network.
Joining R&R at the Westfield Campus are several other businesses whose spaces are currently under construction. Names of these businesses will be announced at a later date. A ribbon cutting, open house and unveiling event for DSM magazine are planned for early 2019.
The Westfield Campus will be R&R’s fourth completed project within the past six months, following the Paradigm Building in Urbandale, Warehouse III at Prairie Business Park in Grimes and Warehouse One at R&R Commerce Park in Papillion, Nebraska.
