Construction Begins on R&R Commerce Park

250,000 sf in Warehouse I Available for Lease; Three More Warehouses Planned.

R&R Realty Group began construction in June of its signature warehouse development, R&R Commerce Park. Located along Highway 50, Highway 370 and the I-80 corridor in Omaha, this 77-acre development has 1,000,000 sf of warehouse space planned and will consist of four 250,000 sf buildings. The first building, Warehouse I, will feature a 32-foot clearance height, natural warehouse light, ESFR (Early Suppression, Fast Response) fire sprinkler system, dock and drive-in capabilities, parking expansion, and access to fiber. Site preparation has begun for Warehouse I within the R&R Commerce Park. The building will be available for occupancy in the summer of 2018.
