Regency West 8 Amenities

The renovations of amenities at Regency West 8 posed unique challenges primarily due to the extensive plumbing requirements and included the significant removal and replacement of the concrete slab. This two-year-long project demanded close collaboration with Spark, ICON, and ownership to address layouts, programming, and the purpose of each space included in the design. Being a newly vacated structure, the strategic addition of amenities was crucial for attracting future tenants. The selected finishes not only updated and modernized the budling, but also paid homage to its original aesthetic, particularly the large, beautiful slabs of existing granite. This resulted in a space that combined functionality with contemporary aesthetic.
