R&R Realty Group Welcomes Caleb Briggs to Brokerage Team
6/5/2026 — R&R Real Estate Advisors (REA), the brokerage division of R&R Realty Group, is excited to welcome Caleb Briggs as its newest Commercial Real Estate Representative.
Caleb joins REA after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Real Estate and gaining firsthand experience through an internship with R&R Real Estate Advisors. During his internship, Caleb developed a strong appreciation for both the commercial real estate industry and R&R’s collaborative culture, making the decision to begin his career with the company an easy one.
To help introduce Caleb, we've asked him a few questions:
What led you to join the R&R Real Estate Advisors team? “As a real estate major at the University of Northern Iowa, I was very interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate. I interned with R&R Real Estate Advisors the summer before my senior year of college, and during that time I really grew to appreciate both the culture that R&R has created and the commercial real estate industry as a whole. That experience confirmed that R&R was the right place for me to continue learning, building relationships, and growing professionally.”
What excites you most about the work you'll be doing at REA? “What excites me most about the work I'll be doing at R&R Real Estate Advisors is the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and become involved in projects that have a meaningful impact on the community. I am also excited to continue learning about the commercial real estate industry through hands-on experience and guidance from such a talented team. Every day presents new opportunities to problem-solve, connect with people, and grow professionally, which is something I really look forward to.”
What do you think sets R&R Real Estate Advisors apart from other commercial real estate companies? “I believe what sets R&R Real Estate Advisors apart is the culture and the people. Throughout my internship experience, it was clear that the team genuinely values collaboration, relationships, and supporting one another's growth, which creates a very positive environment both internally and with clients.”
How are you looking forward to getting involved in the industry? “I’m looking forward to getting more involved in the industry by building relationships and learning from experienced professionals throughout the Des Moines market. I am excited to become more involved with organizations like CCIM Institute and the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, as well as young professional networking groups throughout the area.”
When you're not working, how do you like to spend your time? “When I'm not working, I enjoy staying active by playing tennis and exercising, and I spend a lot of time with friends and family. Since I'm newer to the Des Moines area, I've also enjoyed exploring different restaurants and local events around the city.”
