Tom makes an effort to walk through, checking for light issues, plumbing issues, or just to ask if we have any problems. Anytime we’ve contacted building management, the response was prompt and work completed efficiently.
We have been very pleased with the level of service and quality of the R&R facility that we lease. The building has always been kept very clean and the parking lot and sidewalks in the winter are cleared quickly. Everyone on staff has been excellent to work with and any issue that we have had over the past six years has been addressed and handled very quickly and efficiently.
