Luke Anderson, President of R&R Realty Group’s technology subsidiary was named a top commercial real estate tech influencer this week by Globe Street, a national publication focusing on the commercial real estate industry.
According to Globe Street, Anderson was named an influencer for his work to ensure each building in R&R’s portfolio is equipped with best-in-class technology. The publication also cited his leadership in designing, engineering and managing the expansion of R&R’s dark fiber network. Anderson also launched Intersect, R&R’s technology services package which provides the company’s customers with services ranging from structured cabling to video solutions and more.
Anderson began his career at R&R as an intern in 2002 and has led much of the company’s growth within the technology space. In 2017, he was named President of Realty Technology Services, R&R’s technology-focused subsidiary company.
“Looking back, what excites me the most is how technology has changed workplaces,” remarked Anderson. “My career in CRE tech began in an era where WiFi was fairly new and things like smartphones, mobile apps and tablets were only ideas. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made in creating smarter spaces that empower better flexibility for employees and a stronger return on investment for their employers.”
