Residences at 62W

The design and construction of Residences at 62W was characterized by modern design, premium amenities, and upscale finishes throughout. The project was a collaborative effort with Spark, ICON, ownership, and BSB Design. Common areas bring a vibrant and branded atmosphere creating a boutique-like experience to residents. Bright colors and distinctive flooring types enhance wayfinding in the uniquely shaped building. Special attention was dedicated to the amenity spaces, resulting in a well-rounded community that includes a yoga and meditation room, fitness area, upscale pool, large community room, business center, and locker rooms. Residences at 62W is a testament to design catering to aesthetic and functional aspects of this upscale living experience.
