R&R maintains a large number of relationships with all types of lenders.  We have significant working relationships with large institutional banks, giving us access to short-term borrowing needs.  In regards to long-term debt placement, we work directly with Insurance Companies and Conduits, while also maintaining the proper connections with mortgage bankers.  R&R has tremendous experience in finding and closing the best debt alternatives for each deal.
