Tom Gayman, CPM, is a results-oriented leader with over 23 years of experience in commercial property management.  He has been involved in the commercial real estate business for over 25 years, is a Certified Property Manager, (CPM) and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Tom is an active sales and leasing representative in all areas of the company’s portfolio including industrial, flex, and office space.  Tom is currently the marketing team leader for Realty Marketing Group’s 1.2 million square foot industrial and warehouse portfolio.  Working with numerous local, regional, and national companies, Tom facilitates solutions to meet customer’s real estate needs.  Tom is also active in his community as a past president of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce and a current Urbandale City Council Member.
